it's slowly disappearing
in our world of technology
make belief is not so much fun anymore
in a world that is blinded to the tube
so much words lost
so many books seems empty
they don't seem to matter anymore
the binding seems to shatter as soon as you touch it
old worn out and forgotten
is that our world today
fading to better then and a better life
where has all the writers gone
where has all the creativity gone
so many words not spoken yet lost forever
who will write them
who will seek them out
who wishes to continue the magical word of a written story
to get lost in the words of someone else's written
where have all those people gone
where are they hiding
come out
I seek you
I wish to read your words
Your inspiration will lift me up
at least for that is what I hope
because I feel lost
lost without the words
staring at so many books
yet to read the pages
but I so strongly seek them
those words written
for they give me comfort
and make me think
of how fast things can change
don't let the words unspoken disappear
write them down
I want to hear!
